A group of hackers have posted for over 450,000 Yahoo account login information, username and password.
According to statements posted by the hackers this action was aimed to be a warning for Yahoo about the security of the data storage vulnerability.
Yahoo confirmed Voice service attack, stating that "approximately 400,000" passwords and usernames were stolen. In a written statement of Yahoo, it was said that less than 5% of posted Yahoo accounts contain valid passwords.
Yahoo apologized and recommends to their users to change passwords on emergency.
Many of the posted accounts had very simple passwords like "1234", "password", "test" which of course are very easy to guess.
