The new Kindle Fire, launched by Amazon.com on Thursday evening in California, is a declaration of war, of the largest online retailer in the world, announcing that wants Apple customers from the tablet market, according to Reuters.




New products of the company have behind the impressive store content of the online retailer that offers 22 million movies, serials and TV shows, songs, apps, games, books and magazines. Thus, Amazon can afford to ask much less on his tablets because of the "special offers", advertisements that appear on its tablets when closed and promote products from the wide range covered by the retailer.

The third product launched at the event Thursday night was Paperwhite Kindle e-reader, a e-reader with a screen resolution better than previous ones. The innovation of that Kindle is illumination, allowing its use without problems in bright sunlight. WiFi version costs $ 119, the receiving 3G connectivity will cost 179 dollars.

Amazon shares closed Thursday at New York rising by 2.1% to $ 251.38, a new record, showing a growth of 45% throughout the year. Exchange quotation is equivalent to 181 times the estimated earnings per share for the next fiscal year, compared to a ratio of 14 to 1 for Apple, and 15 to 1 for Google.
